Delicious Tart Cranberry Gummy Bears
Making gummies is incredibly easy and cost-effective. The homemade ones also have a ton of health benefits! These delicious tart cranberry gummy bears are a household favorite–my toddler even requests them! The great thing about these gummy bears is that they not only have gut-healing gelatin in them, but tart cranberry juice has been linked to improved sleep quality and duration. Tart cranberry juice contains a melatonin, a hormone that regulates the body’s sleep-wake cycle. Tart cherries also have anti-inflammatory properties, which just tops off how great these gummies are.
These tart cranberry gummies are sweetened with raw honey (which offers its own numerous health benefits)! They are truly the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness that is 100% toddler and adult approved. Even though I think two tablespoons of honey is the perfect amount of sweetness, feel free to adjust the sweetness to your personal preference by adding more or less honey.

We make gummies a lot. Whenever I make these tart cranberry gummies, I love using this juice because it’s organic and not from concentrate. However, any tart cranberry juice will do for this recipe. For the gelatin, again, you can use whichever you prefer, but this is one of my favorites! I also have used and liked this one and will use it in a pinch because it’s at our local grocer.
We have lots of different molds for gummy making but my son just adores these gummy bear ones (and rightfully so, they’re too cute!). They have tons of different kinds of gummy molds on Amazon, but you can even find them at your local craft store, such as Michaels or Hobby Lobby. I am eyeing up these flower ones to add to our collection next and don’t think i’ll be able to resist these ones either!
