Method
- Pour juice in a small pan and sprinkle your gelatin on top. Let sit for about 3 minutes or until it blooms.
- Turn the heat on medium/low and mix well until combined.
- Turn off heat and add your honey, mix well.
- Pour into gummy molds and place in the fridge for a couple hours. Pop out of molds and store in a mason jar in the fridge.
Notes
I find that placing the gummy molds on a baking sheet before filling helps for smooth transfer to the fridge after the molds have been filled.
