White Chocolate Chip Cookies

These delicious white chocolate chip cookies are not only super quick to make, but perfect to make in mulitple batches to satisfy a large crowd!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Whip butter in kitchen aid until smooth
  3. Add the brown sugar and cane sugar to the butter and whip again until well combined
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla and combine well
  5. Sift the three cups of flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into the batter and combine again until smooth
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips
  7. Roll into walnut-sized balls and bake on a baking sheet for 9-12 minutes

Notes

This cookie dough freezes incredibly well. If you're looking to freeze the dough  for a later date, simply roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and store in your desired container or bag in the freezer.
