- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Whip butter in kitchen aid until smooth
- Add the brown sugar and cane sugar to the butter and whip again until well combined
- Add the eggs and vanilla and combine well
- Sift the three cups of flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into the batter and combine again until smooth
- Fold in the white chocolate chips
- Roll into walnut-sized balls and bake on a baking sheet for 9-12 minutes
Notes
This cookie dough freezes incredibly well. If you're looking to freeze the dough for a later date, simply roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and store in your desired container or bag in the freezer.
