Combine the lemon juice, water, and cane sugar in a large jar and shake until the sugar is mostly dissolved.
Add mixture to a small saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Allow gelatin to "bloom."
Cook mixture on medium until the mixture is warm-hot but not boiling (this activates the gelatin).
Place molds on a baking sheet and fill the molds with the gelatin mixture.
Transfer the baking sheet to the fridge and allow the gummies to set for a few hours or overnight.
Pop the gummies out of the molds and store in an airtight mason jar in the fridge.
