Red Date And Goji Berry Tea (Mothers Tea)

Red date and goji berry tea, as I like to call "mothers tea" is a warming and grounding drink that all mothers would benefit from.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup organic red dates
  • 1/4 cup organic goji berries

Method
 

  1. Bring 3 cups filtered water to a boil.
  2. Next, halve the red dates and add them to the boiling water. Reduce the heat to simmer and allow to cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. In the last 10 minutes, add your goji berries and any sweetener if you desire. Strain the tea and enjoy!

May be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
