Method
- Bring 3 cups filtered water to a boil.
- Next, halve the red dates and add them to the boiling water. Reduce the heat to simmer and allow to cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- In the last 10 minutes, add your goji berries and any sweetener if you desire. Strain the tea and enjoy!
