Method
- In a small bowl, mix the arrowroot powder with 1 tablespoon of water. Whisk to combine.
- In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine lemon juice, frozen berries, and maple syrup. Bring the mixture to a boil , then reduce to simmer and cook for three minutes until berries are tender. Add the dissolved arrowroot mixture and cook until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve immediately or store in air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
